TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store offering items (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
The Store is operated by Dominika Wąsik and Karmena Obrał as business activity under the name Dominika Wąsik, ul. Na Błonie 52c, 30-147 Kraków, Poland, NIP: 6772493098.
2. Orders
By placing an order in the Store, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
After an order is placed, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with the order number and delivery details. Please note that receiving this confirmation email signifies order acceptance; however, the Store reserves the right to reject orders and refund the purchase amount.
Each piece is handmade, and most products require 3 to 4 weeks for production. Products marked 'in stock' are available in limited quantities. Forge Objects does not follow overproduction, adhering instead to a sustainable production approach.
3. Payments
Payments for orders can be made through the various payment options displayed on the Store's website, including:
Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
Apple Pay: Payments can be made via Apple Pay
4. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is processed, the Customer will receive an email with the shipping details. Delivery costs depend on the shipping destination, with shipping provided by InPost for Polish orders and a preferred courier company for European and international orders.
Domestic Shipping: free
EU Shipping: 23 EUR / 100 PLN

The Store is not liable for delays in delivery due to external factors such as transportation issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. A tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch.
5. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To request a return, the Customer should email contact@forgeobjects.com with the order number, their name, the item(s) they wish to return, and the reason for return. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and without signs of using/wear.
The Store reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned item is damaged or does not meet the return policy.
The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and any applicable customs charges on international returns.
Items labeled as custom-made are produced based on the Customer's specifications and cannot be returned, except in cases of defects.
6. Complaints
If the purchased product has defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint: for jewelry, within 5 years of the purchase date, and for bags, within 1 year of the purchase date.
To submit a complaint, the Customer should send an email to contact@forgeobjects.com with a description of the defect and relevant photos. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost.
7. Privacy Policy
The Store processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, ensuring data confidentiality and security. Customer data will not be shared with third parties besides information needed for shipping.
8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect upon publication on the Store's website.
The Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will take effect once published on the Store's website.
For matters not covered by these terms, applicable civil law provisions shall apply.
